Returns

Sweden (free returns)

1. Make sure that the product has not been used and that the tags have not been removed.
2. Please fil out the return form that was included in your package. It will make handling of your return easier for us and in the end we will be able to create a better shopping experience for you. If you've lost your return form you can download it here (currently only in Swedish)
3. Please use the original packaging. Attach the return bill that was included in your package and hand it in at your local postal service. We will complete your return and return your payment once the package reaches us and passas the check up. Note that the amount of time until you see your money on your account may varie depending on your bank service.

 

All other countries (buyer pays for shipping)

1. Make sure that the product has not been used and that the tags have not been removed.
2. (optional) Please fil out the return form that was included in your package. It will make handling of your return easier for us and in the end we will be able to create a better shopping experience for you. If you've lost your return form you can download it here (currently only in Swedish)
3. Please use a transport service that delivers your packagage all the way to our door during business hours. Like FedEx, DHL or UPS. We do not take responsobility for orders that do not reach us but will however do all we can to reciev your return.

4. Please use a packaging that will protext the product during shipping. Original packaging is fine.

5. Contact support@nordicnative.se and let us now that you will be sending your order as a return and include a tracking-number. This is very important and will help us to properly reciev your return.

6. We will handle your return and make a refund as soon as the return reaches us. Note that it can take a few days for your money to be refunded through the payment service used.

 

Exchanges

Do you wish to change to a different size or color?

1. Do a regular return as described above.
2. Make a new order with the new item(s). If you used a discount code you may contact support@nordicnative.se
